(More customer reviews)I use this mount with the shure PG series drums mics, I also use this mount for my sm57(on my snare drum). It works great. I've used many other drum mic mounts such as the claw and other gadgets that seem to fall off during a gig. This is the best that I've found.

Digital Reference DRDK4 4pc Drum Mic Kit Review

(More customer reviews)I'm not only a musician but have worked in event/concert production and as an audio tech for over 10 years. I was in a pinch, needed some drum mics on short notice and had about a hundred bucks available. After weighing my options I decided to purchase the DRDK4 Drum mic kit and was pretty satisfied. Great for club gigs or smaller outdoor venues. You get a crisp attack and great tone from the kick mic and the tom/snare mics sound great after tweaking the EQ a bit. I threw a couple of SM85s on booms also and the drum mix turned out very nice. I'm sure if I spent more time playing with EQ and Gates I could get them sounding even better. I'd recommend these for the price. You get 4 decent sounding mics for the price of 1. But if you have a $600 budget then you may want to keep looking.
