Okay i havent bought this item yet but at the bottom of the description it says "whats in the box" and it says Ziljidan ZHT mastersound hi-hat and that is clearly not A Custom mastersound which is what i want. i dont know what to do?

Zildjian's 14-inch A Custom Mastersound hi-hats feature the same crisp, rich and colorful sounds associated with the A Custom range, but with a bolder and full-bodied overall timbre. Hammered grooves in the bottom cymbal rapidly vent trapped air for a fast and clear "chick" sound.

Mastersound With its outer edge design of individual contact points on the bottom cymbal to help supply a clear and defined "chick effect" each and every time, the extra amount of "sizzle" that is given off by Mastersound hi-hats really adds a special dimension to the music you're playing. The design also adds extra high end "sparkle" to overtones when the cymbals are played partially open.
Zildjian A Customs--A Refined Classic Sound It's tough to top the unmistakable and reliable sound of A Zildjians for almost any playing situation, but the award-winning A Customs are an irresistible alternative. Developed with the assistance of drumming icon Vinnie Colaiuta, A Customs utilize radical rotary hammering techniques, thin to medium weights and a striking Brilliant finish for a crisp, sweet, sophisticated A Zildjian sound. Not too dark, not too bright--cymbals that are just right for modern music.
Alloy: Zildjian Cast Bronze: 80% Copper, 20% Tin, Traces of Silver.
Hammering: Radically modern rotary hammering for thinner weight cymbals.
Lathing: Fine pattern of narrow symmetrical grooves that create just enough stiffness.
Finish: All Brilliant Finish.
Sound: A bright, responsive, melodic and more refined take on traditional A Zildjian sounds.

Zildjian Cast Bronze Cymbals Cast Bronze cymbals are individually poured and cast from raw molten metal. Each casting is cooled and sorted by weight for each cymbal model, then the castings are put through a complex sequence of heating, rolling, shaping, hammering, and lathing techniques unique to each cymbal range.
Cast Bronze cymbals have a rich, full-bodied sound that improves with age, and have greater projection, clarity and durability than any other cymbals. Zildjian cast cymbals are made from the Zildjian secret alloy, which is comprised of 80% copper, 20% tin, and traces of silver.

very good product, besides the old package protected by a sturdy box and is lined to prevent moisture.
the product would recommend to add a link containing the sound of the dish when it is beaten with a stick to give an idea of the sound emitted
but perfect as you imagine

Pearl H2000/C Eliminator Hi-hat Stand Review

Pearl H2000/C Eliminator Hi-hat Stand
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a fantastic stand. In addition to rubber feet, it offeres folding "spiked" feet for use in carpeted areas, or on a drum rug. This prevents the dreaded high-hat slide.
The footbed is outfitted with a replaceable/ajustable plate. This allows you to replace the plate if and when the rubber buttons wear down, or flip the plate if you prefer to put the buttons in a different spot relative to the bottom of your foot.
Like many other manufacturers, it also offers a radially adjustable spring tension knob to aid you in appropriately setting the vertical spring rate of the stand for "above the hi-hat" component mass (IE... tamborine, block, etc...)
It also offers a "top-cymbal" position ajustment knob. This allows you to adjust the cymbal positon to a prefered strinking angle. I've found that his helps a bit if you have a tendancy to shred sticks :-0
I would have given it 5 stars, but I've experienced a problem with the vertical tubing in the area of the leg clamp. It's really my own fault, but you need to be careful when tightening the leg position, or you'll dent the tubing. It doesn't take much, and Pearl should've increased the tubing guage, or doubled up the local thickness in the area to account for this.

Zildjian 14-Inch New Beat Hi-Hat Cymbals Pair Review

Zildjian 14-Inch New Beat Hi-Hat Cymbals Pair
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've played on 4 or 5 different sets of New Beats on 13" and 14" sizes over the past 20 or so years. They are the most common kind of professional-level hats you'll find out there. I've used them for rock, jass and concert/orchestral gigs and they never disappoint. If you're looking for the only set of hi-hats you'll ever own, these would be them.

I have wanted to step up my game a bit and upgrade my drum kit with these cymbals and they made a world of difference from the 14's I had. A much richer sound. Really happy with them. Took a while to get them but I found out it wasn't the shipper's fault and they threw in some "goodies" to make up for the delay. Overall very happy with everything.

Sabian 16 Inch B8 Thin Crash Review

Sabian 16 Inch B8 Thin Crash
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have two and love them! I play all kinds of music and they sound awesome at any price but the fact that they are so cheap is incredible! I play in a Neil Diamond tribute band and they are extra sensitive for that but I also play mostly metal and they are ALWAYS loud enough. They have such a beautiful tone that dosent get tinny with age like the Zildjian's and Paiste's do and are less expensive to boot, plus are way more durable. Ive alway maintained that I can break a Zildjian at will. They use what seems to be a softer more inferior grade alloy. Some of them sound realy nice but it's realy only a matter of time till they break and your heart right with it. Some Paiste's sound realy great too but its also just a matter of time with those too, also they get realy trashy with age. I recently played a gig where another drummer was gonna let me use his old 2002 ride. I was thinking well it probably sounds better than my b8 ride god knows 2002's cost like 4 or more times what a Sabian b8 costs. So I set it up. I sounded like HELL! I threw my b8 back up so fast! the b8's are louder and are more sensitive at lower volumes than any Paiste and age way better.
I have I think broken a couple Sabians over the years ( I've played them since they came out!)but I don't "know" I'm going to break them and when I did it was more like a fluke. The ones I broke were a long time ago and cymbal technology has gotten so much better I feel it would be another fluke if I broke one again. But bottom line the sound awesome plus they're cheap. If anyone tells you different don't listen, find out for yourself because I LOVE them. ther is a store near me that has a stack of 16" thin crashes (my favorite. don't like the heavier b8's so much) and if I had the money I'd buy the whole stack and not regret it! LOL

Zildjian ZBT Ride Cymbal - 20 Inch Review

Zildjian ZBT Ride Cymbal - 20 Inch
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I began playing clubs when I was 12. Had to sign a waiver to legally play. Throughout my life, I have played in so many bands at so many places and have gone through so many drums and Zildjian cymbals. I just got my 20" ride today. This is, by far, the best cymbal quality I've ever experienced. I also own an Avedis Zildjian from the late 60's (made in Turkey). This USA Zildjian outranks that cymbal and any other cymbal I've ever heard or played...no contest. Sweet. Perfect. I payed $125 in the 60's for the other.....and $79 something for this one. This is a must buy for any drummer.

Pacific Drums by DW 900 Series Snare Stand Review

Pacific Drums by DW 900 Series Snare Stand
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The 900 mounts a 15" tom very well for now--currently, a Gibraltar rack snare stand mounts my snare. (Nonetheless, I'd have no hesitation in mounting the top of this in the Gibraltar's place--sometimes, I consider that.) I'm very certain that this pic is not correctly depicting my PDP 900 series stand--the pic seems grossly inaccurate--a bad fill-in picture, perhaps? Very obviously, instead, my PDP 900 series snare stand sports a heavy-duty metal snare basket adjustment nut--not black plastic. (The inaccurate pic was up here, as well, when I ordered earlier: Certainly, I was pleasantly surprised by the heavy duty quality which I received at a greatly discounted price at that time. I couldn't pass it up: I feel really fortunate! Thanks PDP/Pacific/DW--for caring about this item!
For somewhat more (or, perhaps even less), one likely may purchase a great quality Pearl, DW, Yamaha, Ludwig, Gibraltar, Sonor, Mapex, or Tama snare stand--etc. (So many choices...) I don't see the slightest reason for trading at this point, however: It's a keeper. For those needing good value for a heavy-duty tripod snare stand--say, to replace a flimsy, quality-lacking bargain-kit stand, I recommend the 900 model highly--given that design/materials/fabrication haven't changed. (I'll upload pics soon. Definitely, the initials "PDP" are forge-imprinted into metal.)
I've noted that PDP/Pacific and Gibraltar appear to pack and ship via their respective operations--the boxes bear model info and company logos. (That's a very slight benefit for gifting. OK, mildly subliminal--yet nifty?!) Thus, it's likely that purchasers should look for such a box instead of one labeled "Amazon.com." Shipping proved speedy via the manufacturer, PDP/Pacific.
(PDP/Pacific currently is the major Chinese subsidiary of legendary drum/drum hardware maker DW ("Drum Workshops"). Many drummers consider that most products hailing in recent years from this subsidiary, excepting a few notable items, prove themselves to be of dubious quality, usability, and durability. I believe that this quality stand, though, proves itself to be one of the notable products....)
As for Amazon, it proves, yet again and again, a consistently awesome portal for purchasing wildly diverse items online-- incorporating "wicked" XML and servers. As always, great thanks to everyone at amazon.com--particularly for my awesome deal on the PDP/Pacific 900-series snare stand!:

Pearl BC900 Uni-Lock Tilter Boom Cymbal Stand Review

Pearl BC900 Uni-Lock Tilter Boom Cymbal Stand
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I sold drums at a large retailer for years... Pearl's hardware is without peer in terms of overall design, usability, durability, price and quality. I seem to destroy all drum gear, and usually on a gig unfortunately, but the Pearl stuff stands up. DW hardware (other than the pedals) is a joke, as is Ludwig, Gibraltar... I really believe that Pearl hardware is the best overall gear on the market. WHATEVER you do, just don't buy the DW Taiwanese pot metal garbage... they charge WAAAY too much for it and it just strips, snaps, breaks all day long.
