You'll end up paying a good 500-600$ to find anything better.
This has to be the quietest multi-fx I've ever used. Even the fuzz-wah doesn't give background hiss cranked up on my system. Except the buttons, it's all metal and pretty solid.
You can't edit effect parameters with the computer.
The pedal distance is pretty short and there's almost no resistance to it.
As has been said elsewhere, the fretless has quite a lag to it. Not useless, just a lag to get used to.
For the money, no hiss, metal body, a good selection of flavors, basic (and effortless to get going) drums and a pedal that can be assigned to about every parameter I can find.
It's the best unit in this price range, period.

Zoom B2 Bass Multi Effects Pedal Review

(More customer reviews)I've been playing bass for twenty years. I've used a number of effects boards/pedals and I have to say I've been very impressed with the Zoom B2. The metal construction gives it a solid dependable feel when you take it out of the box. It just seems like it will survive on stage, unlike many of its plastic counterparts (including earlier zoom pedals).
It sounds awsome. I was not dissapointed. The effects are top notch. There are great presets that sound good as soon as you plug in. And of course there are many that are way over the top to the point I would consider them unusable, but if you dial back some of the more exotic effects you can get some very nice sounds. The amp/cabinet sims give a nice varity of tones and I like the compressor and chorus effects.
I was most skeptical of the built in drum machine and honestly I almost didn't buy the pedal because of this feature. It seemed so gimmicky and cheesey to put a drum machine in a bass pedal. I have to confess I love it. I dialed up a nice beat and just started jamming with it. It's a superb practice tool. The sounds and the beats are not cheesey at all.
I read other reviews from other forums and some people noted that its kind of hard to put it in bypass/tune mode. You have to hit both pedals at the same time. Unless you have very small feet (mine are size 9) or play barefoot, I can't see how this could be a problem.
So far I can't find anything I don't like about this pedal.

Eminence Basslite C2515 15 Bass Speaker Review

My situation:
I have a Hartke 1400 1x15 combo bass amp. I purchased it used and one of the issues with the amp was the rattling speaker. Hartke puts aluminum cone speakers in their amps and no one else seems to make them of that material.
I sweated a great deal over picking a new driver for my cabinet as the box/port specs do not match on any replacement speaker. But I talked with a person who had the Eminence designer software and there was a scenario where this driver would roll off the port tuning frequency at 45Hz in the Hartke cabinet if I used the C2515 driver.
I installed it and ran the amp through the paces. Wow!! What a great, solid, warm sound. I lost some of the crisp punch of the Hartke aluminum driver but gained the warm powerful sound.
The driver is cast aluminum framework with screw terminals. Solid as a rock.
This thing is amazingly light for the size and power handling.
All around the best choice I could have made for a compact combo bass cabinet.
