(More customer reviews)I've got this speaker in my Dr. Z 1x10 cab. This is a wonderful, chimey and balanced speaker with beautiful mids, nice tight bass, and bell-like highs. Sounds like a 12" speaker - you have to hear it to believe it. No boxy sound at all. Perfect for blues, blues rock, and English rock tones.

Eminence Patriot The Copperhead 10" 75W Guitar Speaker 10 Inches Review

(More customer reviews)Had to return 1st one after a few weeks due to a buzz on low A (guitar, 5th fret on 6th string). Supplier said they have few returns on the Patriot series. Second one had no problem and sounds better all the time as it gets broken in (it's a replacement for the stock speaker in a Fender Super Champ XD). Bell-like tones, good articulation throughout the sonic spectrum. A well-balanced speaker.

Eminence Man O War 12 Guitar Speaker 8 ohm Review

(More customer reviews)First of all, I was a big fan of Celestions and didn't know much about Eminence. Someone had suggested to me that the Man O War coupled with The Governor was a winning combo and was even used by Slipknot for the recordings on Duality.
I don't know how true that was but I decided to give Eminence a try. I bought this speaker along with the Governor and installed it in my 4x12 cab with 2 Celestion GT75s. And I've never been happier. Of all the cabs I have owned and heard in my life, I like mine the best. I am a HUGE believer in mixing speakers however. To me its just impossible to have the perfect speaker. Some have more highs than others, some are for mids some are for lows. The Man O War seems to be the driving force behind my high freq. in my cab. As one reviewer said, it started off sounding harsh but has been broken in. Now coupled with the low punch of the Governor and the mid attack of the GT75s, it makes an excellent addition.
I'm pleased with this speaker for what its worth. I wouldn't make my amp push nothing but Man O Wars but for someone who is wanting nice, biting highs, I think this is a wonderful speaker!

(More customer reviews)I was looking for a replacement speaker with a little more oomph for my Fender Super Champ XD and I came across the Celestion Tube 10. Although nobody at Amazon had rated it, there were other reviews on the internet that gave me the confidence to put this item on my Wish List and I am glad I did. This speaker has much more character than the factory original. My amp now has a much deeper bass response and it feels like I am playing a much larger and better quality amp. This is a great value for $45 and although the amp is a little heavier than before, due to the larger magnet, it was definitely worth it.
The speaker is easy to install. The only tool required is a philips-head screwdriver. I sold the original Fender speaker on eBay for $15.

Eminence Basslite C2515 15 Bass Speaker Review

My situation:
I have a Hartke 1400 1x15 combo bass amp. I purchased it used and one of the issues with the amp was the rattling speaker. Hartke puts aluminum cone speakers in their amps and no one else seems to make them of that material.
I sweated a great deal over picking a new driver for my cabinet as the box/port specs do not match on any replacement speaker. But I talked with a person who had the Eminence designer software and there was a scenario where this driver would roll off the port tuning frequency at 45Hz in the Hartke cabinet if I used the C2515 driver.
I installed it and ran the amp through the paces. Wow!! What a great, solid, warm sound. I lost some of the crisp punch of the Hartke aluminum driver but gained the warm powerful sound.
The driver is cast aluminum framework with screw terminals. Solid as a rock.
This thing is amazingly light for the size and power handling.
All around the best choice I could have made for a compact combo bass cabinet.
