Meinl Skin Egg Shaker Review

(More customer reviews)I absolutely love the dry sound of a rawhide shaker and this one sounds splendid and is the perfect size for my smallish hands. My only concern is that the holes for the stitching are a little large and as it's filled with tiny pebbles, several smaller bits have come out of the holes. While I was under the assumption that Meinl's Nino products were geared towards children, I would not recommend this to small children because of this - hence the 4 out of 5 star rating.

LP RhythMix X-Drum with Drumstick Review

It has lasted a long time, but it hasn't experienced rough handling, so I'm not sure how strong the drumming surface actually is. As with all toys, he loses interest, but regains it later, so it has remained a staple in the toy box.

Santa also gave him the Remo Bonogs and the Remo Kids Percussion. http://www.amazon.com/Remo-Percussion-Diameter-Mallet-Forest/dp/B0002F7KUG/ref=pd_bxgy_MI_img_c The Percussion comes with two mallets. The Konga does not. It was a bit hit with all age groups at the family Xmas party. I was going to purchase a normal drum set, but this is easier to store and transport for play dates.
