Gator GP-STANDARD-100 Drum Set Bags Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this for bringing my 5 piece kit to local gigs and they work for that. The padding is nice and the drums fit snugly. It takes a little doing to fit the kick and floor tom but it's understandable. Two things prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Although the bag straps are good for using them over you shoulder, it's not the easiest to use when you just want to carry them by hand. Being on the short side (5' 5"), using the long straps by hand results in the drums dragging on the floor. A short handle on the side would've been convenient. The other thing I wished they had are side pockets to store some of the hardware.
I bought these instead hard cases because I didn't think I needed the extra protection. This still holds true. But a big advantage of the hard shell cases is the ease of putting the drums in and out of them - a friend has them and it's a cinch. But as my title said, for the money, it protects my drums during local travel.

Gator GP-12 Padded Cymbal Slinger Bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I found the Gator GP-12 bag rugged enough, but... it was advertised capable of holding up to 22" cymbals. I think that's just plain misleading. I typically carry one 22", and either a 20" and an 18", or two twenties, along with a pair of 14" hi hats. I found this bag extremely difficult to use because the cymbals simply do not want to all fit. I don't think that I should have to struggle at the end of a long night to get my bag to carry 4 or 5 cymbals. That's not asking too much. I ended up taking out the loose fitting liners, and even then, it would barely zip. I shouldn't have had to do that. I would not recommend this bag to anyone carrying a 22" cymbal. Look elsewhere.

Gator GP-HDWE-1436 Drum Set Cases Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I got this about a year ago, and the shoulder strap snapped in about two months. The only reason I say this is because I don't use very much hardware, so the bag isn't really that heavy compared to what it could have weighed. If you are looking for a cheap durable bag, go for it ( just reinforce the shoulder strap).

Gator GP-HDWE Rolling Padded Drum Hardware Bag 14x36 Inches Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Ordered this item along with some other Gator cases to carry drums and other assorted percussion ware.
The bag holds a lot of hardware and has ample space. The one, but significant, flaw is the positioning of the
wheels. When the bag is somewhat loaded the wheels don't provide full clearance for the tilt and therefore you're
doing more dragging than rolling which defeats the purpose of the wheels. Tried adjusting the angle of the lift, but that wasn't happening. The positioning of the wheels in relation to the angle of lift is the only negative I found with this bag.

Gator GP-HDWE-1535 Drum Set Cases Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This bag is amazing. I have 7 cymbal stands, my throne, and my hi-hat stand and ALL of them fit in this bag NO PROBLEM with room to spare. I could easily fit another 5 stands in there. Another cool feature is the circular pouch at the end to hold the cushion of your throne. My favorite thing about this bag is that it is made of a very thick and durable fabric so it wont rip. The inside has a really soft velvet feeling that is very soft so your things wont get scratched. This bag is definitely worth 69.99.

Gator Padded Bass Drum Bag 20x18 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)It's a good bag (smells like a new car!) with good stitching. Has a shoulder strap for carrying, though I wish it also came with a handle. The padding is relatively thin, maybe a half inch of filler, enough to keep your drum from minor damage, but don't expect any bag to protect it from serious damage.
I had to take off a star because they sent the bag in a big plastic bag. It's a bag, why would it need a bag to contain that one bag? Madness!

Gator GP-STANDARD-100 Drum Set Cases Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Bought these bags to go with the brand new drums we purchased, I am impressed with the material and zipper strength. I was somewhat afraid they wouldn't be able to withstand travel and abuse, but they are doing fine.

Reunion Blues RB Continental RBCM22 Drumstick Case Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)As the saying goes,"You get what you pay for..." It's almost always true. This Reunion bag is an excellent case in point. I tried three other cymbal bags before finally buying the RB Continental- a Zildjian bag, which was not what it was advertised as; a Gator bag that said it would accommodate 22" cymbals, but did not, and one other that offered little or no protection. This is a great bag! Incredibly well thought out, obviously designed by percussionists, very attractive, and piece of mind without having to resort to a heavy, bulky, ugly plastic molded cymbal case. It's like the Porche of drum bags. You usually get what you pay for. Worth the price!

Gator Protechtor GP40 Percussion Equipment Bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is a really nicely made padded bag with a velcro divider that can be configured in different ways depending on what you are storing in the bag...or you can completely remove it. It could be used for lots of different things. We are using it to store DJ lights which fit in there perfectly.
