(More customer reviews)Well, I was looking forward to a snare drumhead that would stand the test of an attack while playing continuously in the pocket. I was disappointed in noticing every stroke led to a crater, then to a rip in the head itself. It was done after about 20 strokes. I really think the ebony Remo Ambassador 13" snare drumheads should be tougher than what this one presents. You may as well use it as a tom head.
