(More customer reviews)I had bought this tambourine for church. I do go to a charismatic Baptist church, so trust me this tambourine gets a work out. I have bought several other brands of tambourines before because I wasn't sure about the Remo products. Let's just say that I have broken all of them usually within the first 2 or 3 weeks of playing them. I have banged on this Remo tambourine, and beat it. This tambourine has not lost its sound, nor shape. The sound of the tambourine is good too because you can change the sound just by the way you hit it. This is very durable and I highly recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor, and buy this tambourine if you are looking for one that can take a good beating...LOL.

Tambourine, 10" Featherweight Review

(More customer reviews)The tambourine was comfortable to hold, but the sound was very "tinny" and was not mellow. I ordered two because two of us would be playing it in a vocal mixed quartet and would be using a microphone. This tambourine would be too high pitched for our purposes.
