(More customer reviews)It's a good bag (smells like a new car!) with good stitching. Has a shoulder strap for carrying, though I wish it also came with a handle. The padding is relatively thin, maybe a half inch of filler, enough to keep your drum from minor damage, but don't expect any bag to protect it from serious damage.
I had to take off a star because they sent the bag in a big plastic bag. It's a bag, why would it need a bag to contain that one bag? Madness!
