(More customer reviews)I bought this from X8 website. The website is quite user friendly but for people who are buying drum first time, there are a lot of questions to ask. What happens if you don't like the drum. In my case I found out that the playing surface is only 10.4" instead of the 11-12" that was advertised. Also ask, if there a re-stocking fee when you return, which was 10% in my case, and the free shipping was deducted when I returned the drum, not to mention the shipping I paid to return it. There goes the satisfaction guarantee in the drain when you are without a drum and $ 60 less.
The online buying is a problem for things like these where personal choice and quality of product cannot be judged by the looks, its only good if you know the product.
I learnt it the hard way. Hope this helps.
