(More customer reviews)This is a steal for a nice drumset. Very solid shells and quality hardware. Assembles easily even with caveman instructions. Heads are playable but definitly need replaced. Symbals are solid with decent resonance and sound but you will need to upgrade to your own preference. Pedal is a standard single (already upgraded to DW-7000 DB). All in all this is an amazing starter drumset for the price but can be made into a top dollar set with a few upgrades. Good for all skill levels. I played drums in the past (about 10 years ago), and recently started back up with this set for a hard-rock/metal style this set is definitly sufficient to get me going and keep me going. Arrived in 3 days undamaged and packaged well, you get what you pay for and then some plus the potential to make into a high end set. No complaints at all, highly recommend!!
