(More customer reviews)This is a great tool if you are looking for a quick sharp attact, but still want some body with it. Being a smaller crash it has great high overtones and quick delay, but it is much larger than a spash so it has more sustain and heaviness.
I love the bright crash cymbals, Sabian AAX or Zildjian A custom, and this is one cymbal that fits the mold very well. I use it for many applications from live playing, recording, rock/pop, to jazz/funk. Always in my cymbal bag whenever and wherever I play.
