(More customer reviews)Alright, im 16 and ive been playing for about 6 years now. To be honest, the zildjian z3 line ARE TOP OF THE LINE CYMBALS. Theres not one cymbal that doesnt meet the eye. These cymbals are extremely powerful,explosive,loud,bright and perfect for metal,hard rock,any heavy music. for example-Matt Nicholls(drummer of bring me the horizon) uses the z3 line. hes been using em since 09' and records with them, plays shows with em and loves them. Also drummer of bullet for my valentine uses these. So you know not only by the price but by who uses these particular cymbals that they are great. From my experience they all sound great. the 17" medium crash is bright,higher pitched and powerful. the 19" medium crash is bright,lower pitched and powerful. as for the 12" splash is high,gives a great tone and matches perfect with all z3s. I expect these to last a loooooonnnnng time. I rate 5 stars because the z3 cymbals are personally perfect for me. they sound good,look good and give an awesome scream to a crowd. i recomend these to any experienced drummers into heavy style music. And you have my word: right out of the box they sound amazing. Get these cymbals and u wont be disappointed at all. Cant go wrong with zildjian z3(:
