(More customer reviews)Based on the sound of my 10" ZBT splash (ASIN B0002IP47Y) I added this 8" to my kit and am more than pleased. It has the same near instant decay and projection, and the expected higher pitch. Frankly I am surprised by the sound and performance of this cymbal since I am more of an Avedis fan and viewed the ZBT series as entry level cymbals.
This cymbal is an affordable way to add a cutting splash to your kit.
