(More customer reviews)This DVD is excellent for learning drum skills; the late Jeff Porcaro, the consummate studio drummer and of Toto, explains how to create new rhythms and the nuances of his techniques. Unfortunately for me --- I bought this for my two-year-old son who likes watching drummers play --- there is no continuous play, and you have to select each 1.5-4min lesson from a menu. I was hoping it would be more like things from the VHS era where I could just put it on, let him watch until he gets bored, and wind up with a brilliant drummer in five or six years.
