(More customer reviews)I bought this chair for my husband for christmas. We play a ton of rock band and he plays drums on the ion drum rocker. For a long time we had been using a wooden stool with a seat cover for him to sit on, which was never quite right. There were so many drum seats that it was hard to pick this one, especially because there were no reviews of it yet. I decided on this one because it stated the heights that you could adjust it to. There are not preset heights, you are free to set it any height between 18 and 24 inches. He has the seat set very high (he says it helps to be high to be able to hit all the base notes.) It is very sturdy and the foam seat top is quite comfortable. Also, the seat top swivels, which allows him to turn easier to hit different drum heads. He is about 6 feet tall and 150 pounds.
